At World TV GO, we strive to provide the best customer satisfaction. We have a very flexible payment system where users pay only for the content they want.

Users do not have to pay for any subscription upfront and also, they are free to leave the platform at any moment.

Cases where we do refunds are as follows:

  1. If the channel purchased by a user can no longer be streamed.
  2. If a user has migrated to a region where we cannot stream the channel, that they have purchased, due to licensing issue.
  3. Incorrect titling of Channel.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will gladly assist your refund. However, note that refund requests can be made no longer than 3 days from the date of purchase.

The process of refund is as follows:

  • Firstly, contact our customer support department by visiting and submit a web form, or call us directly.
  • Then, we will determine if you are eligible for a refund; after detailed scrutiny.
  • Finally, the decision about the refund request will be carried out.

The process generally takes 2-3 business days.
